Most in-stock
merchandise is shipped to arrive within five to seven business days
from shipment of your order.
We ship US orders
via ground, priority mail or parcel post.
Be sure the shipping address matches that on your
statement. As a precaution, we only ship to the billing address,
unless you have an alternative shipping on file with your credit card
company.
Discreet Billing
Orders
are billed and shipped under the legal business name of our parent
company Ooh La Spa. Your credit card statement will show transactions
under the name Ooh La Spa which allows you to purchase from us
discreetly.Overseas/International Orders
Yes, we ship outside the US!
When you order online, you are only charged for US shipping. However,
you will automatically be billed a second time for the actual cost of
shipping. We charge only the
actual cost of shipping plus a $5.00 fee for insurance and handling. Taxes and
duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Overseas/International
orders apply to Canada as well.
Please note: Politics and economics have been affecting global mailing
conditions to some countries. Please understand that delays may occur
for military and overseas delivery addresses. All international
packages are shipped via US Express Mail or US Air Mail. We may not be
able to ship to some countries due to US Mail suspensions. You will be
notified if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Shipping Charges
We charge flat rate shipping and handling on all contingent US
orders. Our minimum shipping charge is $6.50. Please see our standard
US s/h rates below.

Express Delivery
2-day or overnight order processing are available at additional
charges depending on the weight of your order. Let us know if you need
your order faster and we will see what we can do for you. Expect to
pay approximately 40% more for rush shipping.
No Returns Policy/Restocking
Fee
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any
items purchased. If the unit is defective, we will replace or repair
the unit at our discretion. If a customer does not claim the
package and it is returned to us, the return
is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and
handling. We are sorry, but shipping fees and/or return shipping costs
and the restocking fee are non-refundable. |
